During your internship for Logistics Team Leader, you will work on:

1. Receiving and Storing Goods/Products

• Prepares for the receiving and storing of goods/products
• Receives and inspects goods/products
• Stores goods/products
• Register goods/products into the system

2. Order picking

• Prepares for the picking of orders

• Collects orders

• Inventories (a part of) the stock and/or (a part of) the warehouse inventory
• Completes the order packaging

3. Shipping goods/products

• Prepares for the shipping of goods/products

• Inspects goods/products to be shipped

• Prepares goods/products for shipping
• Loads goods/products and completes the preparation for shipping

4. Coordinates logistics activities

• Prepares the activities of the logistics team and allocates work

• Monitors the execution and progress of the logistics team’s activities

• Oversees equipment and materials and manages (a portion of) the warehouse
• Guides employees in their tasks on the work floor
• Organises and/or advises on inventory management

5. Contributes to optimising the logistics process

• Consults with colleague team leaders

• Proposes improvements regarding logistics subprocesses

• Organises work meetings with the team
